My first appointment I felt as if the doctor was invested in helping me with menopause and medication issues. I was put off that I had a vaginal examination that wasn’t expected.
My second appointment was terrible. The doctor was running an hour late for a 10am appointment with no apologies and she seemed to have amnesia of why I was there. I was told I was coming in for an ultrasound so I came in with a full bladder. I was then told the ultrasound wasn’t going to be until the next appointment. I asked if we could go over medications at the same time and was told that the office will only schedule one item at a time. Really? I guess they want to be sure to get as many copays and can bill insurance as much as possible.
I wish I had double checked with my daughter on the doctor that was giving her the run around. Same doctor. So disappointing! Neither one of us will be back and was a complete waste of time.

My doctor referred me to Dr. Ardalan for a second. I was very satisfied with my appointment with Dr. Ardalan. She was very kind and compassionate and explained everything during my exam I highly recommend her.

First and foremost Dr. Ardalan is very kind, most importantly she's extremely thorough. My recent Ob/Gyn retired and I was afraid to try anyone new. I'm so glad I found her.

Had our second visit at Elite Care today. We met Dr. Ardalan for the first time and she was kind and welcoming. This is my 3rd pregnancy but with each baby come the same worries and anxiety. I had a great feeling about Dr. Ardalan and am excited to continue our prenatal care with her.

Let me state that I am 93 years old and I was very hesitant about going due to my issue and concerns and I left feeling elated that Dr. Ardalan's top priorities are her patients. She was very gentle, understanding and honest. I breathed a sigh of relief after my visit and can honestly say that of all my years going to a doctor, Dr. Ardalan is very compassionate and truly cared about my concerns and well-being.

Im very grateful with Dr Ardalan as my OBGYN to my second baby. She is very professional, knowledgeable, compassionate. As someone who also works in the medical field, I become very cautious to who will handle my second pregnancy as my first one didn’t go too well. She took the time to listen to all my concerns, answered all my questions, involved my husband in my care and I really felt I was well taken cared of and my baby. I had a CS procedure and she was the best surgeon! She is very confident and reassured me as it was my first surgery. My pain is controlled from hospitalization until my recuperation at home. My incision is barely noticeable! Her expertise to what she does is excellent! She exceeded my expectations and I trust her. Thank you Dr Ardalan for everything❤️

Overall a great experience with Dr.Ardalan as well as the staff. Doctor is very calm and composed and very patient. She has been listening to all my concerns and issues I have been having. Also have been considering my birth plan and accommodating per my complications. I am glad I will be delivering my baby with Dr.Ardalan’s support. Will definitely recommend the doctor to my friends and family.
Staff has also been very sweet and welcoming every time I visit. So far, great experience. Thank you team!

Amazing doctor I lost my son a year ago and went into this pregnancy with so much worry and anxiety. Dr. Ardalan has been there and listened to all my concerns she always takes me serious and asks for extra tests to ease my mind. Would definitely recommend. Amazing provider.
